If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will refund the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee if the goods are still in saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do our best to pack up orders within 1-2 business days. Orders ship via GLS or UPS depending on the weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 1-8 business days.

Due to the way we make our products, we are unable to customize single items. In general, we cannot change the kind of paper in the notebooks from what you see listed or change the colors, but we are always happy to hear what you'd like to see us make in the future!

The shape is easy on the hand and the colours are exactly as on the photo's. The best part is that de foot prints are not just white paint (what I expected) but are of a different depth and feel rough, this makes it more unique.
